Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team or visit the online returns portal with your order number and the email address used during purchase to start the process.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the SwitchBot device in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals, then attach the shipping label securely to the exterior.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
